We are a credit broker, not a lender. As Finance Brokers, Blue Arrow Finance does not lend money directly. Instead, after fully assessing your needs, we will approach lenders on your behalf to find the most suitable solutions.
We source finance from the whole market and may receive commission from lenders, which can vary depending on the lender, product, or other factors. We will disclose the nature of any commission arrangement to you before proceeding.

Our Fees
Our appraisal fee is between £495 per application, capped at £1,495. For larger and more complex cases (over £1m), a retainer of £495 per month will apply. Payable when we submit a Decision in Principle (DIP) or full property finance application to your chosen lender on your behalf. This payment is non-refundable.
The Broker Arrangement Fee is typically invoiced upon successful completion of the facility, but you will be liable for this fee once you sign the formal Loan Agreement, as this is when the lender is legally committed to the transaction. Our standard fee ranges from 0.5% to 3% of the loan amount.
Fees are invoiced and sent to you via email. Payment is due in full within 7 days from the date of the invoice. The precise fees and payment schedule will depend on the complexity of your case and will be outlined and agreed upon in our Terms of Business agreement.
Additionally, we may receive commission from lenders. The amount of commission payable can be provided upon request.
Our Process
We will follow this general process, subject to necessary alterations:
(a) Initial client contact
(b) Fact find & material disclosures by the client
(c) Searches for relevant products and informal lender conversations
(d) Production of quote based on client and lender requirements
(e) Acceptance of quote and terms of business
(f) Client approval of application forms and paperwork
(g) Formal application to the lender for a decision in principle (fee payable between £495 – £1,495 per application)
(h) Lender due diligence and underwriting (fees vary by lender)
(i) Valuation instructed (fee to be confirmed by lender/valuer)
(j) Lender underwriting post valuation
(k) Production of a final offer by the lender
(l) Client acceptance of lender’s proposed terms (fee payable between 0.5% to 3% of the loan amount)
(m) Legal work instructed
(n) Completion
The Broker will notify the Client in writing of any necessary changes to this process.

How to Make a Complaint

What Happens Next?
– We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days, letting you know that we are reviewing the matter and, if necessary, seeking further clarification.
– If we can resolve your complaint within 3 working days, we will send you a Summary Resolution Communication, confirming that your complaint has been received and that we consider the matter resolved.
If the issue cannot be resolved within 3 working days, we will continue investigating and keep you updated on our progress.
– Final Response: Once we have completed our investigation, we will send you a detailed letter outlining our findings, our proposed solution, and the rationale for our decision. If it is going to take us longer than 8 weeks to resolve the complaint, we will keep you informed of the reasons for the delay and the expected timeline.
If You Are Unhappy with Our Response
If you are dissatisfied with our resolution or if you feel your complaint has not been properly handled, you may be able to refer the matter to an independent body. Depending on the nature of the complaint, you can contact:
– The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) if the complaint involves a regulated activity and you meet the criteria for an “eligible complainant.”
– The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for data protection concerns.
We will inform you of the relevant time limits and whether we are willing to waive these limits (if applicable, as per the FCA Dispute Resolution rules).
